Steps for the Paper submission

Before the Paper submission the author should proceed with the Online Registration in COMECAP2018.

First step

Papers should be submitted electronically using the COMECAP2018 online submission system. COMECAP018 Submission system requires that an account in the system has to be created by a prospective author first. In order to create a new account, navigate to the Registration page.

Personal area

In the COMECAP2018 Personal Area you will be able to submit your paper(s) and replace the submitted paper(s) at any time until the deadline for paper submission.

Type of presentation

For each paper you should indicate the other authors and the preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster). In case you do not receive a confirmation email of your paper submission, please contact us: secretariat@comecap2018.gr.

REVIEWING

Full papers will be peer-reviewed by two external referees. They will be assigned by the Conveners of each Session or by the Organizing Committee for Special and General Sessions, respectively. Authors are required to review their submitted papers according to the comments of the referees and re-submit them through www.comecap2018.gr.

Guidelines for submissions

In case your presentation is a multi-authored one, you are also encouraged to set a speaker for it. To submit your abstract please go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=comecap2018 , Log in to easychair.org as an author using your existing account (or create an account if you do not have one yet) and submit your paper at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=comecap2018 .

You can at any time access your submitted abstracts:

  1. Log in to easychair.org as an author  
  2. By clicking on “My Submissions”, you will view your submitted paper(s)
  3. By clicking on “information” next to each paper, you will be transferred to the paper information page
  4. On the upper right side of your screen, there is a list of available options. Click on “Program”
  5. You will now see the schedule for your paper (session, time, session chairs etc.)

SUBMISSION OF FULL PAPERS FOR THE CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

Dear Author,

we would like to inform you that you can submit full papers for inclusion in the Procceedings of COMECAP. To submit your paper please go to https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=comecap2018 , Log in to easychair.org as an author using your existing account (or create an account if you do not have one yet) and submit your paper at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=comecap2018 .

Papers should be 3-6 pages long and they should be in the template format specified HERE. After acceptance, the submitted papers will be included in the Procceedings, which will be published open access by MDPI Publishers (www.mdpi.com/).

Submission deadline is 30 June 2018.

Later on, we will also arrange for selected papers from the Procceedings, to be published in an extended form, in different special issues of scientific journals of MDPI Publishers (with waived publishing fees). We expect that the special issues will have been set up sometime in September. We will then inform you accordingly.
